Bonanza in Goppingen

Yesterday we were guests in the steakhouse and very disappointed! I'm a specialist myself and I always understand the service! We couldn't eat together. The cooking point was wrong with both steaks. After 1 hour of waiting, the steaks finally came as requested Side dish cold, let it go and not brought back. My fillet steak was already in my mouth and it was fried again! Corona sends greetings! The waiter was not able to apologize or to give us an espresso or anything at all out of goodwill for the inconvenience to show a reaction. The bill was then charged with the cold side dish and from then on it was time for me to end work! In a bad mood we met other frustrated guests in front of the restaurant who had had similar experiences that evening. I prefer to drive to Stuttgart to eat steaks! I left over 70 euros so that I can go home in a bad mood, no thanks!

Had 3 burger and 1 steak. The service was quick and the food came quickly, even though there was a lot going on. The quality was also good, there was absolutely nothing to complain about the price-performance ratio, the steak ordered was spot on and very tender.

Great beer garden with a great view of Göppingen and the surrounding area. The food is tasty and plentiful. Thanks also to our very nice service!

At first the hamburger was delicious. Last time very cold and so long wait. Conditions are very slow.

A very pleasant atmosphere, friendly, courteous service and fast service. Price / performance is also right. The view is simply awesome in the evening at dusk.

Food top ... prices normal ... waiters nice ... We were four people ... unfortunately only received three dishes because one was forgotten ... although hardly anything was going on ... so ask again. Parking spaces in front of the local are very difficult to get hold of, at least when we were there ... very few available so it is better to come on foot or park further away.

Service very nice. both cyclists were warm. Salad did not come as a starter as ordered, but with the main course. Potato salad was partly raw, lettuce sunken / not fresh. Wedges were already cold. Chicken on the mixed plate too. Sour cream to order baked potatoes charged extra. The rump steak itself was great, but it doesn't help if the rest of it doesn't fit. It's a shame.

underground and never again, unfortunately 0 stars does not work. Saturday evening, table reserved at 7.30 p.m., it worked, hardly any guests. Drinks ok, food ordered for 2 people. One burger, one steak. Waiting time despite multiple requests and hardly any guests: 1.5 hours !!!! Then came the steak - well done = shoe sole, ordered medium, burger was ok. Two tables were served in front of us, another table was the same, one got food, the other didn't. Absolutely NOT recommended!

Because of the view, the steakhouse was my favorite for a long time in the summer months. So far the service has been okay and the dishes have been well ported. Overall, very quiet customer base and all in all was really good. Over a longer period of time, however, it was noticed that the wait staff became more and more inexperienced and the number of errors when ordering increased. Here and there you turned a blind eye and forgave the little mistakes. In the meantime, the operating staff is so meager that I consider it an imposition. Quasi chic for the food for which you also pay. The chicken burgers were very poorly topped. Is there really a cook employed there ??? I have no problem paying for something more and getting performance and something edible for it. Maybe food for thought. Will not go back in the future and watch the recessions for a while until it gets better.

Nice view over GP and the Kaiser Mountains. Hamburger with wedges, finger food plates were great. Very friendly atmosphere. Price / performance ratio is okay.

Unfortunately the only nice thing there was the view. The food was really not that great. The burger buns were dust-dry and hard to bite into. The patty was burnt and rock hard. The burger sauce wasn't homemade in my opinion. What I also found a shame is that there was only sachets of mayo. The starter (onion rings and mozzarella sticks were ready-made products, which is absolutely not bad, but I think you can buy something like that better. In addition, my drink was warm and non-carbonated. The service was very stressed but very friendly. You could tell by her that all of this was a bit uncomfortable for her. Due to the inconvenience, we also got a small discount that was very nice from her. The price for third-rate food was almost outrageous. Unfortunately the food was so terrible that I don't want to go there anymore. It's a shame, because the view is beautiful, especially in summer.

Made reservations online but didn't read it because answered. At the beginning we waited 10 minutes until we were assigned a table and that with 4 occupied tables. Spezi tastes cheap and shandy wheat tasted very bad. Bacon burger with a hint of bacon. With a BACON BURGER you expect bacon. Three of us were very disappointed with the bacon burger. Expected more. The burger bun was great. The mixed ice cream with whipped cream was prepared listlessly and tasted subterranean. The atmosphere in the beer garden is nice. Parking place is cruel if you are one of the first 6 cars. After the third visit, we don't have to have that anymore. It's a shame because it got worse from time to time. However, I also have the feeling that these recessions don't interest the boss.

The view there is great, but unfortunately nothing has changed for the better, such as the food or the atmosphere. Hopefully there will be a little more "experience" here soon

Once and never again. Greeting wasn't very friendly. We got a table on the terrace, directly under a loud music box and next to dried up flowers. Far too long waiting time. The waitresses had to keep asking who got what. No wonder that we had to wait around 30 minutes for our drinks and around 1 1/2 hours for our food. There wasn't so much going on in the restaurant that the wait was in any way justified. After we had lost our appetite anyway, we got a steak that was much too dry. Ketchup with the fries was only available on request. The quality of the food did not match the price. So if you want to eat here, you have to at least have a lot of time and patience.

Unfortunately, the waitress forgot our order and then claimed that it only took longer to prepare. It took forever and a demand took until our food came ... The table next to us was served with the same food in front of us :( Otherwise the food is good there and the view of Göppingen is very nice

The wait was very long, after ordering you had to wait again and the waiter forgot a glass. The food was mixed up twice. The price is unsatisfactory for the quality. The service can still be expanded. To enjoy the beautiful view you have to be very patient

The service was horrible, the people were very rude and you had to wait far too long to eat. We keep 9 people here and 4 of us got the wrong food I recommend this restaurant less

Delicious food and very friendly people.

The location has spectacular views however this is pretty much all positive you can say. Ok to be fair the menu sounds promising but the food quality and taste is really poor. Service and staff at this place is terrible, slow, uninterested, not at all helpful, they forget quite a few things and hardly show up at your table. You need to wait a long time. Such a shame as the location is very well located.

Our food eventually arrived after 50 minutes! We ordered wedges but got french fries instead. The reason was it would take longer until wedges were done. Eventually wedges were served after my husband finished his burger. Nice view, friendly staff though.

The food is really delicious. The grilled vegetables are highly recommended. The cooking stages of the meat are served as ordered. The conditions are unfortunately not from the subject but polite. It should be reserved in advance because there is little space. Addendum: There is now a covered outdoor area and thus more space in winter. In summer there is also the terrace.

Lovely atmosphere! Nice place to be with the loved once ! Food taste is pretty OK.

Slow service on a quiet date. Just 3 tables busy but still really slow. The steak was not "fresh fron the grill", nor smoking hot. Not value for price whatsoever. But there are not many options in Göppingen anyways.

With a panorama over Göppingen, one can enjoy good food, good juice, a cappuccino, English music and also WiFi internet access. The road there is a bit steep and narrow.

Very cosy place with relaxed atmosphere. You have to try Rumpsteak. It's perfect.

Just veey good

Food was very tasty and the staff really friendly, even to our 2 small children! A children's plate and cutlery were brought right away. Price / performance ratio is also ok.
